Job internship & Fair

Is already step into October of 2011
I've already study in SEGi college for 1 year and 6 months
There's only 1 year left to walk into the society
Before that we have to go for our internship
What's internship for ?
Give us training learn more and get experience
It also let us to go to the company that we wanna to

On the 12 and 13 of October
SEGi College Kuala Lumpur had held an Job and Internship fair

And what should I do is actually interview one of the company there
there is around 12 companies are here to giving their company information to us
and for my mission is to interview a company and ask for more details about their job stuff, what did their company all about etc ...
When I get inside the hall, I walk and search for the company I want to
But suddenly a guy ask us anything he could help us ?
He is a staff from AIA International Assurance Sdn Bhd
His name Andy Kwong is a Team Leader - Mobile Sales from AIA

Actually I did not ask him from the beginning
He talk to at first and I feel that he is quite friendly then I sit down and started to talk with him
And without telling him I'm going to interview him
I feel that if I say interview everything I ask will not be natural and just like Q&A

Now back to the topic
Insurance company is actually devised into two groups - Firm and agency
The one which attend to our college job fair is firm
In firm, all the employee's salary is based on basic count
They will receive their salary every month and they have fixed time to work
They have different department in AIA firm
Telemarketing, Customer service, Direct/Mobile Sales and etc
Fresh graduates could probably decide to study in firm
because there are lots of choice for them
As on agency, their salary is based on commission count
Agent will receive their commission twice a month and they did not have fixed time to work
Agent need to work the whole day long to meet up their customers
Even they need to go for a restaurant or coffee shop to meet up their customer
Some of the agent treat their customer as friend
Some of the agent treat their customer as customer
Is actually based on how their mind thinking and doing for the decision

Food - Little Ben bento

 The photo above is a restaurant named - Little Ben
which is at Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam

I never walk into the restaurant and have their food
because is too far ... And I don't have car to drive there to enjoy

But I get a free bento from this restaurant. Why?

I remember on this 13 of March Astro host came to my house for video shooting

Before that, Astro television programme - My Astro至尊流行榜 did had a small competition on 4th of March 

I just simply type an answer and I had never think to win this competition

4th of March they announce the winners and I don't know about it 

Until my friend ask and inform me then only I check and realize that I've already won that small competition

Then the person in charge in Astro email me and get my full details

They inform me that 13 of March will come over my house and take video shooting

And the name of the 2 host are  - Royce & Bernard 

On that day, I was so excited. 

Because I love Astro so much even when I finish my diploma I wanted to go work there

And now I've got the chance to show my face in Astro television programme

Really very excited and happy

They came over to take video shooting is to showed that we are one of the winner and also promote the delicious food from Little Ben

Taste delicious and memorable for me 

Is actually Taiwan bento

there's different kind of bento 

Chicken chop is one of the bento from Little Ben

Before we ate the bento we had to pour the sauce onto the chicken it taste more better and delicious

There was also sour vegetable which in chinese we called it - Suan Cai 酸菜
we ate it before we started our meal because it help us to appetizer
Why I will write this for my blog is because I can remember and miss the day enjoy with Astro staff and I had tried this delicious bento
